Orders are only processed once the money reflects in our bank account.

Please allow 3 - 5 days for your order to be processed. Bulk orders may take up to 2 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the order.
Delivery/Courier fees are charged in addition to the items ordered.
Orders may be cancelled before proof approval with a full refund. Cancellations after proof approval but before production may incur a 30% administration fee. Cancellations after production has commenced will not be refunded. All cancellation requests should be sent via email.
Refunds are processed upon inspection and return of the defect items, within 7 days. Please send images when requesting a refund.
